Can I preview content before I purchase it?

When you are viewing a locked unit, you will see a Preview button next to certain items of content. Tap this button to view a short preview of the notation with an audio sample and a list of other included content. You can explore unit 1 for free to try out other content like scales, broken chords, warm ups and video.

 

How can I unlock a level?

When you are viewing a level, you will see an Unlock all units from level button with a price. When you are viewing a unit, you will see an Unlock level button with a price. Tap either of these buttons to begin in-app purchase of the level. Once complete, the level will download and will then be unlocked.

 

How can I unlock a unit?

As of 9th Jan 2017, you can no longer purchase individual units in the app. Instead, we are delighted to offer complete levels at a reduced price.

If you can still see buttons for unlocking units, you are using an outdated version of the app and should update via the App Store.

If you have previously purchased units you'll still be able to access and restore these as usual.

How can I restore my in-app purchases?

  1. From the Levels screen, go to the Help section
  2. Go to the Restore in-app purchases section
  3. Tap the Restore purchases button

You will be asked to verify your App Store account details, after which any purchases you have made previously will be re-downloaded.

If you previously purchased individual units, you will still be able to restore these via the steps above. As of 9th Jan 2017, you can no longer purchase further individual units in the app.

 

How can I get a refund?

In-app purchases are handled by the App Store, so you must get in touch with Apple directly to request a refund. Follow the instructions in this Apple support article to begin this process: https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT204084.
