How can I purchase a subscription?

Follow any of the in-app prompts either to 'resubscribe' or start a free trial (if you haven't already) and you will be taken through the necessary steps to start a subscription.

Please note: if you have already been a subscriber you will not be offered a second free trial.

 

My subscription has expired. How can I renew it?

Follow the steps for purchasing a subscription above.

 

How can I restore my in-app purchase?

So long as you are signed in to your Tido account, you will have access to the Tido library of content based on your subscription status.

 

How can I cancel my subscription?

Tido Music for iPad

Since your subscription is processed by Apple and stored against your Apple ID, you can only manage and cancel it via your iTunes Account.

On an iPad, you can follow this link to open the App Store and manage your subscription. Otherwise, use the steps below.

Cancelling your subscription will stop it from auto-renewing but you will still be able to access it until the expiry date at the end of your current period.

From an iPad:

  • Open iOS Settings
  • Select 'iTunes & App Store' from the left-hand pane
  • Select the blue 'Apple ID' link from the right-hand pane
  • From the popup choose 'View Apple ID'.
  • Enter your password, then choose 'Subscriptions'
  • Select 'Tido Music' if necessary and you will be presented with options to manage your subscription.

From a computer or Apple TV:

 

Tido Music for Web 

Open the Account section of the web app and choose Subscription. Click the button to Cancel subscription then confirm the prompt. You'll will remain an active subscriber until your expiry date has passed.

 

How can I get a refund?

Since your subscription is processed and managed by Apple we regret that we cannot action refunds directly. If you would like to request a refund you must do so via Apple, see https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT204084 to begin this process.

To submit a request for a refund, please contact us. Please note: we can only issue refunds directly if you signed up via our web app. For iPad refunds, please see above.

 

Why can't I see the price for my iOS subscription in my purchase history on the Tido web app?

Your subscription is processed and managed by Apple directly and we do not get told the exact price you paid, which will vary according to territory.

Because of this, you must sign in to your Apple ID to see your full purchase history and receipts. You can do this by following the steps in this article.
