Updates & iOS version support

The Tido Music app supports iOS {{AppMinimumOsVersion}} and above.

If the app gives you a message to update when trying to access content but you can't see any updates in the App Store, it could be because you need to update your version of iOS.

If updating to iOS {{AppMinimumOsVersion}} is not supported by your device then unfortunately you will not be able to download the latest updates to the Tido Music app.

How to check your iOS version

  1. Open iOS settings
  2. Choose General in the left-hand pane
  3. Find Version in the right-hand pane
  4. If version number is lower than {{AppMinimumOsVersion}}, you will need to update iOS in order to download the latest version of the Tido Music app.

 

How to update iOS

  1. Open iOS settings
  2. Choose General in the let-hand pane
  3. Choose Software Update in the right-hand pane
  4. Any available updates will appear and iOS will guide you through the update process.
  5. Once your update is complete, you can go back to the App Store to check for updates to the Tido Music app.

If your device cannot update to iOS {{AppMinimumOsVersion}} as a minimum, you will no longer be able to download updates to the Tido Music app.

 

How to update the Tido Music app

  1. Open iOS App Store
  2. Choose Updates from the bottom tabs
  3. If updates are available for the Tido Music app they will appear in the list here. If updates do not appear but the app has told you there is a new version available, you may need to update your iOS version in order to download the latest updates.
  4. Tap Update to download the latest version of the app.
